Can I approve the design before production?

Yes. We confirm the agreed specifications and share the artwork or digital mock-up for approval before production. Check the design, colours, decoration positions and any names or numbers carefully.

A digital mock-up shows the proposed design; it does not replace checking garment fit or fabric. If a garment sample or embroidery strike-off is needed, agree its scope, charges and lead time with our team. Production proceeds after the agreed approvals.
