The Injun Store: Year-Round Merchandise for India Squadron Alumni

Challenge

• India Squadron alumni wanted access to their merchandise beyond individual reunions and one-time group orders
• A traditional bulk-order model would require someone to collect orders, sizes, payments and delivery details
• Maintaining inventory would create the risk and cost of unsold stock
• Alumni needed the flexibility to order merchandise individually when they wanted it

Instead of organising a new bulk order every time, India Squadron alumni have an always-available merchandise store where members can order individually throughout the year.

Solution

• iLogo created a dedicated Injun Store for India Squadron alumni
• Round-neck T-shirts, polo shirts, hoodies and stickers are available through the store
• Each alumnus selects their merchandise and pays for their own order directly
• Products are manufactured after orders are received, eliminating the need to hold inventory
